Terms

Terms are NET 30 days, Invoice over 30 days old will be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge

Invoices over 60 days old will delay in house orders until the account balance is brought current to our terms. If

references are not approved or available, orders can be shipped C.O.D. or by making a pre-payment for the total invoice

including freight.

NSF checks are subject to a $20.00 handling fee.

We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Freight

All orders are shipped F.O.B. with seller’s warehouse via the most economical way, unless specified otherwise by the

customer.

Shipments by UPS or mail will be prepaid and added to the invoice. For truckload shipments, please specify preferred

carrier; if no carrier is specified, we will route the shipment via the carrier of our choice.

All shipments are subject to a =/- factor of 5% of original quantity ordered.

Prices

All prices are net; we do not publish list prices. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, every effort
will be made to provide at least 30 days’ notice. Clerical errors, should they occur, are subject to correction.
